Judge Diane Ritchie

Diane Ritchie is an experienced attorney. After earning her Bachelor’s degree at the University of California at Berkeley, she attended Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco where she earned her Juris Doctorate. Diane Ritchie began her career representing elderly and disabled clients through the Senior Adult Legal Assistance and Disability Law Center. She was a Deputy District Attorney with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.

Diane Ritchie has spent twenty years practicing employment and labor law representing employees and small employers, working with the offices of Employment Rights Attorneys, Phillip J. Griego & Associates, and in her own office, Diane Ritchie & Associates.

Diane Ritchie has worked a mediator since 2005. In addition, Diane Ritchie taught employment law in the M.B.A. program at Cal State East Bay, and University of California Santa Cruz extension. She has worked as a Trainer for United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Technical Assistance Program. She taught “Managing within the Law” to managers at SUN, National Semi Conductor, and Novell.
